A good breakfast is for everyone.
Every morning from 7:30 to 10:30, we serve a generous breakfast buffet at Josephine. Enjoy fresh bread and pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, fruit, sweet and savoury breakfast options, juices, coffee and tea.
You can also order breakfast dishes freshly prepared just for you, such as an omelette, eggs Benedict or avocado toast.
Take your time and enjoy a leisurely breakfast with views of Dvořák Park.

We wanted Josephine to be a place where good food and a welcoming atmosphere invite you to linger a little longer.

Evenings with live music
On some evenings, Josephine feels even more inviting.
Every Monday evening, live piano music accompanies your meal, while Fridays bring the sounds of a live violin performance.
Good food, a glass of wine and music — a lovely reason to make time for dinner at Josephine during the week.
In the heart of town, overlooking the park
You will find Josephine on Zahradní Street, directly opposite Dvořák Park. Although we are right in the centre of Karlovy Vary, the restaurant offers a peaceful setting. Large windows look out onto the greenery, while evenings bring a warm, intimate atmosphere.
There is no need to wait for a special occasion. Come simply because you feel like a good breakfast or a delicious dinner.
